Calisen is in an exciting and strong position where we are seeing growth and development in all areas of the business, and we now have an opportunity for a Team Member to join us working within our Field Work Resource Team.

The Field Work Resource Team Members effectively manage contractual demands while optimising route efficiency using the Truckstop system. This involves a detailed examination of contracts and performance metrics to ensure cost-effectiveness. Additionally, the Team Member will be responsible for coordinating with field staff to facilitate smooth operations and enhance overall productivity.

The position is a permanent, full-time role, working 37.5 hours per week Monday – Friday, following a rota between 7am – 5pm. The role operates on the group’s hybrid working schedule, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home, while attending the Wigan office for a minimum of 2 days per week. The annual salary for the role is £23,400.

What we are looking for

  • A solid educational background (at least GCSE level).
  • Experience in a customer-focused work environment, with allocation/scheduling experience being a bonus, particularly in the metering industry, where you will have a good understanding of the suppliers you will be working on behalf of.
  • Computer literate with the ability to operate Microsoft Office like a pro.
  • Superb communication & people skills, especially when dealing with internal & external customers.
  • You’re a team player with a knack for collaboration while also able to shine and show initiative.
  • Excellent organisational and administrative skills.
